Pertamina CEO Karen Agustiawan to resign in October -domestic media

The chief executive of Indonesian state oil and gas company Pertamina, Karen Agustiawan, will resign as of October 1, domestic media quoted a government minister as saying on Monday.
"It's true, the CEO of Pertamina has resigned," State Owned Enterprises Minister Dahlan Iskan told reporters at his office, as quoted on the Liputan6.com news website.
Agustiawan, who was Pertamina's CEO for more than five years, had repeatedly asked to leave her post, Iskan said. "This time I couldn't keep her any longer... In the end Mrs Karen agreed to end (her post) on the 1st of October."
